Job description

Location: Allen, Texas
Setting: Obstetrics & Gynecology Outpatient Clinic with L&D Coverage
Assignment Dates: March Ongoing

Schedule & Setting
• 2.5 days in clinic, 1 surgery day per week, & 1:4 call rotation
• Must be available 1 2 weeks per month, including call and clinic
• Collaborative outpatient and hospital environment

Clinical Responsibilities
• Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, including surgery
• Average clinic volume patients/day with MA support
• Provide 24/7 emergency OB/GYN coverage, including labor, high-risk pregnancies, bleeding, pain, and other complications
• Comfortable with DNC, ectopic pregnancy, and cesarean section
• Supportive team including additional OB/GYN, CNMs, LCSWs, lactation, education, and other specialists

Practice Model
• CNMs handle first assist in deliveries and surgical support
• Work alongside a comprehensive care team

Call Requirements
• 1:4 call rotation
• PRN pool to cover vacations and extended leaves
