A high-volume automotive dealership in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced MV Clerk to join its administrative team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all motor vehicle documentation. We’re looking for a highly organized professional who can operate with precision, urgency, and full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all title work for new and used retail sales, trades, and wholesale transactions.
  • Verify accuracy of all contracts, MSOs, titles, odometer statements, and tax documents.
  • Complete and track electronic title and registration submissions in accordance with state regulations.
  • Follow up with customers, banks, and DMV offices to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
  • Maintain and reconcile title schedules, ensuring all deals are posted accurately and on time.
  • Support the accounting office with auditing, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and finance teams to ensure clean, compliant deal jackets.
