Job description

Under the supervision of the Dean of the Doctor of Ministry Program, this student worker will facilitate the operation of the current program by performing a variety of administrative duties.

The incumbent must possess computer skills, including basic database entry knowledge, organizational skills, be detail oriented, possess strong work ethic, and be able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality. Ability to communicate in Spanish or Korean, or Mandarin as well as English desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with hospitality during on-campus residencies
  • Document tracking key student information/documents into the institutional database
  • Reviewing thesis-projects for formatting compliance format
  • Checking mail and completing various tasks in the Kerr Building
  • Assist with the translation or review of translated communications to students as needed
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Dean, DMin Associate Registrar & Program Manager, or DMin Administrative Assistant
