Clinics Can Help (CCH) – West Palm Beach, FL Full-Time | On-Site | Nonprofit Healthcare & Human Services

Clinics Can Help (CCH) collects, refurbishes, and redistributes durable medical equipment (DME) to children and adults in need-advancing health equity, mobility, safety, and independence. We are seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Director of Programs to lead our program operations and help strengthen our impact across Palm Beach County and beyond.

About the Role

The Director of Programs oversees all CCH programs-including the Lending Closet, KINDER, CRIBs, Wheels for Wheels, International Relief, and related initiatives. This role manages program staff, ensures safety and quality in all DME handling processes, oversees database and reporting systems, supports volunteers, and collaborates closely with leadership and development teams. Ideal candidates are operationally strong, people-centered, and passionate about serving our community.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead day-to-day operations for all CCH programs.

· Supervise, coach, and develop program staff.

· Ensure safe, efficient handling, refurbishment, and distribution of DME.

· Maintain quality control and compliance with all safety and HIPAA standards.

· Oversee program data, reporting, and inventory management.

· Support volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.

· Collaborate with Development on impact reporting and storytelling.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or nonprofit leadership.

· Experience supervising staff and working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office (Excel required).

· Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate service.

· Experience with DME, health services, or warehouse operations (preferred).

· Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is helpful but not required.
