As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part of our team by making sure that the office space is fully functional, that our sales calls reach the right people, and that our documentation meets high standards. ResponsibilitiesÂ
Office Operations & MaintenanceÂ
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and marketing materials, ensuring inventory is stockedÂ
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving, including ordering, tracking, and billingÂ
- Act as the primary contact for building management, maintenance personnel, and IT support for meeting rooms and office equipmentÂ
Administrative & Team SupportÂ
- Answer and direct phone calls, track incoming sales leads, and facilitate office meetingsÂ
- Schedule and coordinate office meetings and events, company events, and team outingsÂ
- Order and pick up weekly catered lunchesÂ
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office processesÂ
HR & Financial SupportÂ
- Support the recruiting and onboarding team to ensure a seamless new-hire experienceÂ
- Process and track expense reports for personal and director-level expensesÂ
RequirementsÂ
- Able to work 20-25 hours per week, starting by 9:00 AM ET Monday-FridayÂ
- Actively pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.4 GPAÂ
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsÂ
- Strong written communication, mathematical skills and organizational skillsÂ
- Detail-oriented, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyÂ
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and within a team environmentÂ
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn DMC's business, services, and processesÂ
- Reliable access to a car for occasional errandsÂ
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbsÂ
Compensation
Starting compensation is based on industry, relevant experience and location standards.Â
