About the role

ACC is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the UK to be an integral member of the Global Product Placement team that services the agency’s roster of brand clients.

This person will have a variety of responsibilities across the identification, evaluation, execution and reporting on all brand & product integrations for our clients across UK, EU & global TV, film and digital content (OTT) markets. This person will also have various day-to-day department administrative tasks, client servicing and brand inventory management responsibilities across the agency's roster of Product Placement clients. Some entertainment industry background, including knowledge and experience of working in TV, film and/or digital content is preferential, and the ideal candidate will bring an established network of industry contacts and relationships to the role.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and within a multi-agency global team setting, while supporting the focused initiatives and activation strategies of our clients. This position requires solid interpersonal skills, attention to detail, industry connectivity and some technical and physical work. Previous client servicing experience is essential, with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.


Core Role & Responsibilities:

Brand Client Servicing & Management

  • Support the primary account lead in all day-to-day contact with & for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to all client queries and requests
  • Prepare and support in the delivery of regular client status reports, placement updates and campaign performance summaries
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Support the creation of client presentations, proposals and campaign recaps, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of workflows, timelines and deliverables
  • Participate in client calls, meetings and set visits when requested
  • Support Client leads in day-to-day requests and activities
  • Support creation of deal memos, letters of intent and usage rights documentation for paid opportunities
  • Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within assigned clients, recommending new barter placement and paid integrations

Production Servicing & Management

  • Develop and maintain key production, studio, and broadcaster contacts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors, production companies and individuals across the TV, film and digital content industry
  • Proactively outreach and work with film, television, digital production companies and individuals to forecast and unearth product placement opportunities
  • Research broadcast industry trades and resources for upcoming production opportunities
  • Provide insight on industry changes and trends
  • Assist with feature film script outreach, breakdown and analysis, providing suggestions to Product Placement team and client account leads
  • Coordinate with Product Placement team on shipping/receiving client inventory; work with client leads on inventory ordering and fulfillment, production inventory deliveries and returns, and inventory allocation and utilisation reports
  • Track, scan, clip and report on TV, film & digital (OTT) content
  • Administrative duties, including coordinating department meetings, updating project details, and reporting on current entertainment industry landscape
  • Support Manager in day-to-day requests and activities
Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skillset:

  • A passion for, and deep understanding of, all things entertainment, particularly TV, digital content, and film
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal/time management skills and attention to detail; including the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive
  • Excellent computer skills, master of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter: will take initiative with new projects and coordinate logistical tasks with efficiency
  • Capacity to assist the team with coordinating production deliveries, both locally in the UK and internationally.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with clients & partners (e.g. venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.)
  • Ability and flexibility for weekend/holiday work as needed
  • Assist with client events as needed
  • Open to travel globally
