Job description

The Smarsh engineering team is seeking new engineers to join the team designing cutting-edge services. The Smarsh engineering team is responsible for designing, testing and deploying Smarsh’s award winning products and services on a regular basis with innovative and powerful new features.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years developing with Python
  • Experience with MySQL
  • Experience with django, Solr, ActiveMQ, fabric, and/or Puppet a plus
  • Experience with front-end technologies including Javascript, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, CSS, and Angular a plus
  • Ability to work independently and implement functionality from minimal specifications
  • Experience working with test driven development using TDD principals and tools preferred
  • Experience working in small team environment using lean software principles preferred
