Position Overview
OMG's Roofing Products Division is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance, Factory Mutual-approved products for the commercial roofing industry. We manufacture highly engineered roofing fasteners, insulation adhesives and roof drains and supply other rooftop components including roof mounts.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a creative and results-oriented resource supporting and strengthening our brand presence within the commercial roofing industry. This key position collaborates across functions to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. The Marketing Manager oversees the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, support brand strategy initiatives, and works closely with Sales, Product Management, and New Product Development & Innovation (NPDI) teams to deliver consistent messaging and value-driven marketing programs. This role contributes across digital, traditional, and content marketing channels while helping identify opportunities that support growth and customer success.
Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning
    • Support the development and execution of the brand's identity, voice, and market positioning.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing and brand strategies.
    • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand values and support business objectives.
    • Partner with Sales and Product Management to create compelling messaging and marketing materials.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales and NPDI to align marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Promote brand awareness and messaging consistency across the organization.

  • Customer & Market Insights
