Division Manager
Summary of Position
Provide superior leadership and management to the division in accordance with company beliefs, policies, procedures, and objectives. The Division Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for operations in its totality including, safety compliance, people and resources, estimating, business development, sales, project execution, profit/loss outcomes, and the overall conduct of Black & McDonald Limited's performance within the region as it relates to their designated area.

-Develop and maintain professional relationships with major customers and prospects and focus business development efforts of the division towards areas of greatest opportunity
-Effective use of and championing of customer relationship management program and weekly participation in and oversight of opportunity pipeline meetings to ensure the business is adequately diversified from a customer base perspective
Risk
-Encourage division staff to evaluate risk versus opportunity. Continually assess exposure, therefore minimizing risk to the company particularly on large construction projects and/or poorly funded areas
