Key Responsibilities:

1. A strong program manager (PMP certified preferred) with over 10 years of experience
2. Should have good understanding of MDM and specifically customer master (exposure to HCP, HCO and affiliation data is a plus)
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skill required. Needs to have experience in planning and managing project budgets
4. Experience in MDM implementation and operations leveraging MDM tool like Siperian (Informatica MDM)
5. Should have background in data integration projects and hands on experience in managing risks and interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications
6. Domain knowledge of Aggregate Spend and related regulations like Sunshine Act is a plus but not mandatory
