Make a Splash as a Lifeguard at Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark!
Are you a strong swimmer with a passion for safety and guest service? Join our team as a Lifeguard at Hope Lake Lodge, where you'll be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming aquatic environment for guests of all ages. In this essential role, you'll be on the front line of safety, ensuring that our waterpark is a place for guests to make unforgettable memories.
Applicants MUST be at least 16 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You'll Do:
  • Ensure Guest Safety: Monitor pools and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly in emergencies, using your training to provide lifesaving care as needed.
  • Maintain Aquatic Standards: Enforce pool rules and maintain aquatics standards set by Ellis & Associates and Resort Management.
  • Be Prepared: Stay current on certifications and maintain physical fitness through regular training, endurance swims, and rescue drills.
  • Create a Clean Environment: During quieter times, help keep our waterpark clean and inviting by assisting with sanitation tasks.
  • Stay Visible & Professional: Be an approachable presence for guests, clearly communicating pool rules and ensuring everyone enjoys their time safely.
