Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Canteen's food quality, safety, merchandising, and brand standards across all locations
  • Lead district operations in alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives, in partnership with senior leadership
  • Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Develop and monitor accurate unit-level and district-wide forecasts to support business goals
  • Ensure achievement of both company and client financial targets
  • Drive execution of Canteen programs, culinary initiatives, and service innovations
  • Support, coach, and develop unit leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of company assets and resources

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L-driven food service operations across multiple sites
  • ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and make strategic business decisions
  • Experience with menu development and food program execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
