About the Role:

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations. The District Manager will lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment. Ultimately, the District Manager ensures that all locations operate efficiently, comply with company policies, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or multi-unit management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
