Supervises all aspects of the Perris, California Warehouse Operations, on assigned shift, including assigning, directing and monitoring work of the Warehouse associates to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security.

Primary Duties:

  • Supervise, directs and trains Distribution Center Team Leaders and associates in performing work according to operating principles & procedures.
  • Compliance with applicable customer requirements, government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance of DC associates to ensure achievement of KPI’s
  • Maintain effective controls and records to ensure operation’s standards.
  • Documents, records, and reports all discrepancies/ issues to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
  • Trains associates in an effective operation, safety & security.
  • Maintain a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policies.
  • Prepares and submits daily and weekly reports/ forms in a timely manner.
  • Make recommendations on the daily staffing requirements based on volume.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned by management to meet the business demands.
  • Annual Salary Range: $71,000 - $72,000

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing/ distribution, or supply chain management
  • Minimum of Two (2) Years’ Distribution / Warehouse Operations Experience in a team leader or supervisory position
  • Excellent written & verbal Skills; Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong computer skills (AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Candidate must be able to work a flexible work schedule to meet operation’s demands.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, with professional, positive, and motivated demeanor
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • This position is 100% on site.
