Job Summary:
The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Sales Potential: Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
  • Customer Profiles: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
  • Support Sales Associates: Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
  • Promotions: Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
  • Account Reviews: Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
  • Product Management: Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
  • Mentorship: Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Technology Utilization: Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
  • Continued Learning: Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
  • Recruiting: Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
  • This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role.
