The Opportunity

As part of our Distributors business in Latin America, this position's main objective is to ensure excellence in retail environments across 15 countries. This role focuses on supporting our distributors in each market to achieve annual goals by creating engaging, brand-consistent customer and in-store experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of retail environments across permanent fixtures, shop-in-shops, boutiques, and animations, driving collaboration with distributors to enhance the brand's presence across the region. The position is ideal for a strategic and hands-on design professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about translating brand identity into memorable retail experiences. 

What you'll get to do
  • Strategic Design Execution: Lead the adaptation and implementation of HQ retail design guidelines across markets, ensuring a cohesive brand experience tailored to local consumer preferences.
  • Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with distributors to align on retail design standards, adapt designs to meet market-specific needs, and support them in executing effective retail strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage all New store openings and renovations projects from concept through installation, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics coordination with distributor, vendors and internal teams. Review prototypes, samples, engineering drawings, and production quality.
  • Oversee execution of product launches, events, pop-ups, and promotional activations. Collaborating with Marketing teams on launch campaigns and seasonal animations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Partner with visual merchandising teams and distributors to align on store layouts, displays, and promotional installations that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure installations meet brand standards, working close to distributors to resolve any issues.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, vet, and manage supplier relationships to maintain high standards and consistency in installations across multiple markets.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and manage project budgets efficiently, coordinating with distributors and internal teams to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal brand, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as distributors, to create cohesive retail experiences that support brand and commercial goals.  
  • Address other in-store and customer experience-related demands as they arise, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are align with the brand's vision and contribute positively to the retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in retail design or related field, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and project management tools (Excel, PPT).
  • The Knowledge of Asana and Smart sheet is a plus Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Able to travel around 20% of the time in Americas and occasionally worldwide.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, autonomous work ethic.
  • Knowledge of retail and customer experience trends.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and product display optimization.
