Overview of the role:
You will be part of the Retail Asset Operations team within Shared Services - Operations, a cross-functional area supporting the SEA region.
The team is responsible for defining, updating, and monitoring the distribution schedule (delivery and shipping), as well as the procurement plan for paper rolls and marketing kits, while optimizing inventory levels. It defines, updates, and monitors the distribution network by balancing technical assistance/IMAC and Field/CAT.

What you'll do:

  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in developing strategic plans for both purchase and distribution of gaming materials, ensuring efficient material flow throughout the Supply Chain.
  • You will be in charge of analyzing sales trend to improve demand forecasting , in order to ensure optimal stock level across all the points of sale in the network.
  • You will oversee the planning of technical activities, allocating task between internal and external suppliers.
  • You will also monitoring the return of equipments (hardware) to warehouses to ensure continuity in the repair plan.
  • You will be involved in creating and monitoring budget for both distribution and technical activities, preparing reports and measuring performances.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
