Job description

Role summary / purpose

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting multiple operations centers. The role will likely be extended through 2027. Day trips will be required for site visits with mileage reimbursed.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of routine problems in area of expertise
  • Assist in the accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities
  • Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches associated with the resolution of routine technical problems
  • Conduct basic engineering studies requiring little evaluation or ingenuity
  • Develop positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities
  • Support the company's goals and represent the company positively and professionally

Requirements โ€“ education & experience

  • 5 years of discipline experience
  • Engineering or Lineman experience
  • Distribution design experience and standards knowledge

Required skills

  • Great customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills
