Position Overview

Seasons Corner Market is seeking a dependable Distribution & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and delivery activities. This role is responsible for preparing customer and store orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse organization, and assisting with scheduled deliveries.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager or Distribution Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Accurately select and prepare products for shipment.
  • Package and stage orders according to company standards.
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to dispatch.

Inventory Support

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
  • Organize storage areas and maintain proper product placement.
  • Help ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.

Delivery Assistance

  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
  • Transport orders to designated locations when assigned.
  • Follow all company delivery procedures and safety guidelines.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all workplace safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Properly handle equipment, materials, and approved cleaning products.
  • Report safety concerns, damaged products, or operational issues promptly.

Team Collaboration

  • Work cooperatively with warehouse and store personnel.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when needed.
  • Support overall operational goals and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or retail experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred for delivery-related duties.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
