SharkNinja is seeking a Logistics Planner to support the day-to-day execution of transportation operations across our North American distribution network. This role is responsible for executing intercompany inventory transfers within Oracle, coordinating with Distribution Centers, and working directly with transportation carriers to ensure the timely movement of freight across prepaid and collect freight.

The Logistics Planner serves as a key operational partner between internal teams and external carriers, helping to maintain service levels through proactive communication, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position ideal for someone with transportation or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

*This role is fully onsite in Chino,CA

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily intercompany inventory transfers within Oracle to support inventory replenishment and network balancing.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Centers to ensure transfer requests are accurate, complete, and executed on schedule.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of shipments associated with intercompany transfers.
  • Monitor carrier pickup and delivery performance, ensuring shipments move according to plan.
  • Proactively communicate with carriers to obtain shipment updates, resolve delays, and address service issues.
  • Escalate transportation exceptions that may impact inventory availability or operational performance.
  • Partner with Distribution Center teams, Transportation, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate transportation and transfer records within Oracle and other internal systems.
  • Support transportation reporting, KPI tracking, and carrier performance monitoring.
  • Assist with transportation initiatives during peak shipping periods and other operational projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other logistics and transportation support responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with transportation carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using ERP systems; Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting high-volume retail, consumer products, or distribution operations.
  • Familiarity with truckload, LTL, parcel, and general transportation processes.
  • Experience with applying AI to daily workflows.
  • Exposure to transportation performance metrics and carrier scorecards.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
