Job description

Position Summary The Returns Processor will support process and assist the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, and the optimization of resources and processes. Will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive initiatives to create and promote an environment timely and accurate delivery returns.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Will walk doors to validate inventory to match drivers returns manifest, validate returns accuracy, service and Quality Support and ensure all items are dispositioned and tagged

  • Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with related questions

  • Research inventory discrepancies through returns

  • Label, rewrap of all items and push out to the end caps

  • Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items drivers claims or items not on driver's route, or any issues / exception within the Returns process

  • Understanding AX and Dispatch Track Routing System

  • Invoice Orders in Transportation Manager

  • Be able to comply with company employee handbook

  • Able to operate radio frequency equipment

  • Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards

  • Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety

  • Maintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor

  • Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $17.40 - $22.60

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
