Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Lead and supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • - Foster a strong team environment through clear communication, ongoing coaching, and direct engagement with warehouse staff throughout the shift.
  • - Set, monitor, and enforce department performance metrics focusing on productivity, accuracy, and operational reliability.
  • - Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • - Generate and analyze operational reports to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • - Oversee workforce planning, coordinate comprehensive training programs, and actively manage performance and employee development.
  • - Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
  • - Champion safety culture by leading training sessions, conducting regular inspections, and promoting best practices.
  • - Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications
