Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Seasonal Operations Manager supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and will be responsible for day-to-day activities for our Union Center distribution center in West Chester, Ohio. This position will lead the Outbound Department and will be directly responsible for productivity and quality initiatives. You will report to the Director of Conveyable Operations.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a diverse staff of team members in our Outbound and Personalization departments
  • Manage the day-to-day operations
  • Ensure that department productivity goals and cost per unit goals are achieved or exceeded
  • Manage product placement to maximize product density and space utilization
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in all operations
  • Share and leverage continuous improvement opportunities and best practices with other DC's
  • Maintain all safety procedures to foster a safety-first culture.
  • All other activities and duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of Management experience in a related high volume, fast paced distribution center environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading exempt-level team members preferred.
