C-UAS Senior Logistics Analyst
Program Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst & Sustainment Specialist to support complex Department of War programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional with deep expertise in provisioning, maintenance planning, supply chain operations, and DoW/agency standards. The successful candidate will serve as a technical authority, lead high impact initiatives, and guide teams in delivering world class logistics and sustainment solutions. As a core logistics action officer supporting the C-UAS Product Manager and Logistics Division, this position will be responsible for executing and tracking Logistics Supportability development across the system lifecycle supply support, identify issues, plan, resource, and implementation. This role requires a blend of technical logistics planning, configuration management oversight, inter-agency coordination (MOUs/MOAs), executive-level slide/spreadsheet development, and direct briefing support to the Product Directorate (PD) leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provisioning, Maintenance & Repair Analysis
• Analyze contractual documents, technical data, usage information, and maintenance practices to determine spares provisioning and maintenance/repair requirements.
• Evaluate customer operational characteristics and related reports to ensure accurate sustainment planning.
• Administer day to day provisioning, spares, and maintenance activities across assigned programs.
• Creating, editing, presenting and briefing various documents in various formats (Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS and SharePoint).
Logistics Planning & Distribution
• Assist in developing logistics plans that improve the distribution of goods, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct sustainment, distribution and network studies to optimize delivery timelines and supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand, and recommend strategies to meet program requirements.
Technical Expertise & Standards
• Apply in depth knowledge of DoW, agency, and industry standards to ensure compliance across all logistics and sustainment activities.
• Interpret engineering and technical requirements and advise colleagues on their application within program objectives.
Leadership, Strategy & Problem Solving
• Serve as a recognized technical expert within the organization, providing mentorship and guidance to project teams.
• Lead efforts to solve complex, high impact logistics and sustainment challenges using innovative and conceptual thinking.
• Contribute to program and organizational strategy by anticipating customer and industry trends and recommending improvements to products, processes, and services.
Program & Customer Engagement
• Influence program direction, resource allocation, and execution strategies within established organizational policies.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
• Act as a primary customer contact for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with program goals and expectations.
• Provide limited supervision of team members, including oversight of daily tasks, schedule coordination, and input into performance evaluations.
• Support staffing and budget planning for assigned projects or functional areas.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred for certain specialties. 15-20 years' experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience required in logistics, acquisition, sustainment, provisioning, or maintenance planning within defense or aerospace environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in DoD/agency standards and engineering requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, high visibility projects.
