Summary

The Distribution Center Administrator performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.  All these processes are tied to internal controls and provide operational effectiveness, compliance, and adherence to best practices

Responsibilities
  • Internal Audit reporting, tracking weekly GRIR, PTP, TCAF, Open POs, etc.
  • Conducting Mock Audits 2x year, P-Card & Comdata card reporting and review.
  • Verizon reporting and corrections
  • Communication, Manage internal digital communication.
  • Support driving culture and employee events.
  • Purchasing, Ordering & Organizing Daily orders for facility need, P-Card transactions for meetings and functions, conference room set-ups, parking violation research and payment
  • Invoice Management researching, distributing, and forwarding invoices to correct owners, coding invoices for our facility, Ordering parts, supplies for the warehouse, swag for engagement events, tracking weekly uniforms from Unifirst rentals
  • AP Invoice processing, IMS coding, Invoice research and payment
  • HR Onboarding, Process new employee paperwork and facilitate New Employee Orientation
  • Verify Embark for necessary documentation. Create new hire bags, Schedule/Coordinate meeting space and contact attendees, Organize lunch, New Hire computer training assistance.
  • Sales & Distribution support, Free goods sales orders, Processing sampling events ,Coupon Tracking
  • Employee relations & Events, Schedule, organize onsite/office engagement events.
Qualifications
  • High School/GED or Diploma required 
  • Some college preferred 
  • 2-5 years experience in automated office environment required 
  • Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment required 
  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Power point or related experience 
  • Excellent phone etiquette 
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems 
  • Accurate data entry 
  • Strong organizational skills. Bi-lingual skills a plus 
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
