These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Origins, principles and nature of administrative law. Constitutional and administrative rules affecting the operation of public organizations in Canada. Nature and role of administrative tribunals. The rights of citizens and users of public services.

Nature of work:

Marking of papers and exams. The student must meet the deadlines set by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.
