Job description

Five (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large
programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and
seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans,
courses, and materials of a technical nature. Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two
years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).

In lieu of a Bachelor's
degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

-Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
-Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)

-Experience with administrating virtual training
-Ability to travel
-SIGINT and C++ experience
Cleared Contingent (CCA) or Full Scope Poly Clearance.
