Positions include security guard or armed security officer; in this role, you may patrol the premises regularly during your shift, ensuring there are no unauthorized persons on the campus or near the entryways. You may also sit or stand near the entrance, monitoring video surveillance equipment and verifying the identity of customers when they request entry into the facility. Your primary duties are to protect employees, customers, and the product in the facility. Surveillance technicians at dispensaries install and maintain surveillance and alarm equipment, checking them regularly to make sure the cameras work properly and are positioned in the most effective location.
