Join Our Team as a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher!
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our Orlando team. This position plays a key role in coordinating field service technicians, communicating with customers, and keeping daily service operations running smoothly.
This is an IN-PERSON position in Orlando, FL, Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Position Summary:
  • Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with service needs.
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on location, availability, and urgency.
  • Communicate throughout the day with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Monitor technician schedules and adjust priorities as service needs change.
  • Review technician work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate through third-party customer portals and applications.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status.
  • Assist with additional service department responsibilities as needed.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous service dispatching or coordinating experience required.
  • HVAC, refrigeration, commercial service, or other field-service dispatch experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple field technicians and managing changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
