EMR USA is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team!

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing daily logistics and supporting our drivers and commercial team. You'll monitor schedules and driver progress, make adjustments as needed, and communicate important updates to help ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor daily schedules and driver progress to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Adjust schedules and develop alternate plans as needed to protect service and minimize disruptions.
  • Communicate delays, breakdowns, missed pickups, and other issues to the commercial team in real time.
  • Track and maintain accurate documentation related to scheduled, missed, and extra pickups, route completion, and driver locations.
  • Review equipment requirements and promptly communicate any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor routes using telematics technology to help ensure timely completion.
  • Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers.
  • Identify and report driver performance issues or concerns to the appropriate management team.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of prior dispatcher experience, preferably in a transportation, logistics, or fleet environment.
  • Experience managing or dispatching a fleet of 35+ drivers.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
