Dispatch Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address service-related inquiries.
  • Monitor technicians' progress throughout the day, adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure that all dispatching activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Handle emergency calls and dispatch technicians promptly to urgent service needs.
  • Utilize dispatching software and other tools to manage schedules and track technician availability.

Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
