  • Assurer la preparation des documents necessaires a la livraison (impression des bons de livraison)
  • Assurer un suivi des livraisons.
  • Revoir la planification pour tenir compte des imprevus s'etant presentes.
  • Repondre aux appels et aux courriels des clients et des chauffeurs en ce qui a trait a la livraison.
  • Verifier la disponibilite des chauffeurs, camions et remorques.
  • Mettre a jour la base de donnees.
  • Faire preuve de respect et d'equite dans ses relations avec les chauffeurs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the necessary delivery documents (print delivery slips)
  • Track deliveries.
  • Review the schedule to account for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Answer calls and emails from customers and drivers regarding deliveries.
  • Check the availability of drivers, trucks, and trailers.
  • Update the database.
  • Demonstrate respect and fairness in dealing with drivers.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Doit parler et ecrire FRANCAIS ET ANGLAIS obligatoirement. Necessaire pour communiquer avec  les clients et les services hors Quebec.
  • Connaissance dans le domaine du Transport (un atout).
  • DEP ou DEC en Logistique (un atout)
  • Experience 2-5 ans en tant que repartiteur.
  • Connaissances geographique Canadienne et Americaine (un atout)
  • Organise et oriente vers les details.
