Description

Able Construction Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations by managing customer calls, coordinating technician schedules, and assisting with administrative and project support functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination within the construction, facilities, HVAC, fire protection, or related service industries.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers and field personnel, helping ensure service requests are handled efficiently and operations run smoothly.

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound customer calls (approximately 50-60 calls per day)
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan
  • Coordinate service requests and communicate updates with customers
  • Support project and operational teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist with generating and tracking reports for customers and counties
  • Maintain spreadsheets and perform data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Create and issue purchase orders as needed
  • Monitor work orders, schedules, and service completion status
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, Operations, and Office Management teams
