We’re currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role involves managing tire service dispatch operations and assisting with service billing to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless workflow efficiency. The hours for this position are Sunday: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:30pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls and accurately document essential information
  • Address inquiries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments or field units for prompt resolution
  • Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently
  • Utilize phone or computer systems to dispatch crews and field units to designated locations
  • Assess and prioritize calls based on urgency to ensure timely responses
  • Monitor field unit routes and schedules to optimize daily operations
  • Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dispatch operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
