Job Summary
Mecca is currently looking for an office manager who will put their outstanding organizational skills, knowledge, and experience to work for a growing and well established commercial real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be motivated and always looking for opportunities to assist others. Individual initiative is essential to success in this position. This person will be the central hub of the office, keeping things running smoothly. Schedule is Monday Friday from 8 AM 5 PM.
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour DOE
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide top-level service to clients and tenants.
Answer calls for multiple offices/companies.
Assist walk-in guests and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
Respond to tenant requests and needs, including but not limited to maintenance requests, repairs, office keys, paperwork, ect.
Dispatch maintenance staff to address building related issues and close work orders upon completion of job.
Sort and distribute mail.
Order and maintain office and break room supplies.
Filing/scanning paperwork.
Special projects as needed.
Ordering team lunches when requested.
Coordinating with janitorial staff and ordering supplies.
Manage key card access controls and property security.
Support executive team with admin tasks as necessary.
Reports directly to Director of Operations.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required.
Customer service skills and a friendly personality a must.
Professional and detail oriented.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills.
