FS Staffing is hiring a SCIT Dispatcher in Bloomfield, CT. The SCIT Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation and dispatch activities, communicating with drivers and team members, and ensuring operations run efficiently and according to schedule.


Location: Bloomfield, CT

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM start

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers and/or transportation services according to daily schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and management regarding schedules and assignments.
  • Monitor routes, schedules, and transportation activities.
  • Respond to schedule changes, delays, and operational issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation.
  • Assist with resolving transportation and scheduling concerns.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
