Job Description

We’re looking for energetic and dependable Delivery & Dispatch Helpers (D&D) to help keep our operation running smoothly. As a D&D you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to prep the day for success and safety! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who likes staying busy, helping the team, and getting things done.

As a Delivery & Dispatch Helper, you’ll help with:

  • Checking, organizing, and cleaning delivery vans
  • Helping drivers load and unload packages
  • Preparing and handing out driver pouches and equipment
  • Supporting morning prep, stand up and loadout
  • Helping dispatchers and managers with daily operations
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviews, and new-hire onboarding
  • Running errands and assisting drivers when needed
  • Keeping our vans and work areas clean and organized
