Are you a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual looking to join a fast-paced team? We are seeking a Towing Dispatcher to coordinate driver activity, support customers, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor and coordinate driver activity and assignments using communication devices.

·         Maintain real-time status and locations of all drivers.

·         Utilize computers, radio systems, telephones, fax machines, and other communication equipment.

·         Accurately access and enter data into Intow immediately as calls come in.

·         Answer all inbound calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner — must answer within 3 rings or less.

·         For all non-law enforcement calls, provide drivers with all required information, including:

·         Customer name

·         Call-back number

·         Vehicle year, make, model, and color

·         Breakdown location (including county and state when needed)

·         Direction of travel

·         Tow destination

·         Reason for tow

·         Method of payment

·         Enter special instructions in Driver’s Notes and all additional details in Dispatch Notes.

·         Understand all pricing structures: charge accounts, COD customers, PI customers, and law enforcement tows.

·         Assist Customer Service with releases, lot visits, and phone calls as needed.

·         Support billing and collections when required.

·         Perform filing duties during shift.

·         Handle cash register and complete all end-of-shift responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

·         Previous dispatching experience is a plus but not required.

·         Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

·         Comfortable working with multiple technology platforms.
