The Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the dispatch department by supporting load execution, shipment tracking, driver communication, documentation management, and billing preparation. This role ensures loads move smoothly from booking through invoicing by maintaining accurate data, monitoring shipment progress, collecting documentation, and providing exceptional service to drivers and customers. Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records and system updates.
  • Generate operational reports as requested.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in logistics, transportation, business, or related field preferred.

Experience/Training:
  • 1-3 years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
