Position Overview:The Maintenance Scheduling Specialist (temporary) plays a key role in coordinating and dispatching maintenance work orders for Christensen Farms' operational facilities. This role manages the scheduling of emergency and short-term work orders (same-week execution), service request processing, and the creation and management of purchase orders to support efficient maintenance delivery. This position bridges operations and planning teams by responding quickly to urgent work needs and ensuring accurate communication and documentation of all maintenance activities in real time. The Maintenance Scheduling Specialist is critical in ensuring responsive and organized execution of urgent maintenance tasks. This is a temporary role beginning ASAP and ending in early December 2026.  From Our Manager:"This role is the heartbeat of our short-term work coordination.
