Beyond Wow Plumbing is currently searching for a dynamic and motivated Dispatcher to join our team! In this role, you will enhance the efficiency of our company and the service we provide to our customers by effectively managing service calls. Dispatcher Description:
• Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls for our Service Technicians
• Manage and organize customer service calls before deploying them to the Service Technician
• Accurately dispatch the required Service Technician with the right skill level for each service call, minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidence
• Communicate the status of the service call to the customer during the process and follow up after completion
• Work closely with the Call Center Manager and Service Technicians to provide administrative tracking support
• Continually review processes and services to make recommendations/proposals to improve and enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with Call Center Managers, Service Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives to support and promote multiple business solutions for both short- and long-term growth opportunities
• Authentically promote and adhere to the company's vision, mission, core values, and brand
• Have fun working with a vibrant, talented team
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in the home service industry (plumbing experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills to meet customer service delivery requirements on time, every day
• Proficiency in company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information (Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan experience are a plus)
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-up when required
• Excellent math, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotation of Saturdays is required. This position is based in Taylor, Texas and requires you to commute to Taylor daily.
