Job description

Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is looking for a full- or part-time Dispatch Agent. This is a steady customer service job where you help keep things running smoothly for our company and customers. You will work in our office on weekends and earn $25 โ€“ $30 per hour.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

You can choose full-time or part-time hours. You will work weekends from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our Ellington, CT office. There may also be extra hours on Mondays and Fridays, with some flexibility during regular business hours.

Work from home is an option for Saturday and Sunday, after the initial training period.

As a full- or part-time Dispatch Agent, you will spend your day making sure our technicians are sent out for repairs and maintenance when needed. You will help plan oil deliveries on set routes. You will be the first person our customers speak to when they call, email, or message us. You will give them updates, answer questions, and help solve problems. You will also decide which jobs are most urgent and make sure everything gets done in the best order.
