About the Role:
As a Product Manager II on the Ad Platform team, you will plan and manage the execution of multiple features for our Audience Targeting and Measurement tracks. You will work at the intersection of identity, data clean rooms, third-party measurement integrations, and Disney's first-party audience graph - defining how Disney proves advertiser outcomes at scale. The right person brings fluency in the ads measurement and identity ecosystems, a bias for data-driven decision-making, and an AI-native mindset that shapes how they build, prioritize, and communicate. You are both an analytical thinker and an execution machine.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Help manage the product backlog for audience targeting and measurement capabilities, managing near and long term delivery
  • Author clear, detailed product specifications and user stories, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable engineering work - from audience signal ingestion to measurement reporting surfaces
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams to build and ship measurement products
  • Drive targeting product capabilities - audience segmentation, data clean room integrations, identity resolution, and addressability features tied to Disney's first-party data assets
  • Define and track critical metrics (coverage, match rates, measurement activation rates, reporting latency) and partner with GTM and financial planning to tie them to revenue outcomes
  • Support UAT and product release readiness - including stakeholder training, documentation, and operational support
  • Collaborate with a Scrum team: participate insprint ceremonies, maintain backlog health, drive prioritization, and ensure engineering teams always have clear, consumable stories
  • Champion an AI-native approach to product development - leveraging intelligent tooling and data automation to move faster and build smarter

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Basic understanding of CTV/streaming advertising dynamics
  • Highly analytical - comfortable interrogating data and holding engineering to data quality standards
  • Solid communication skills across engineering partners and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Bias for execution with impeccable follow-through

Required Education

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media or a related field.

    The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA area is $117,500 to $157,500 per year, San Francisco, CA is $128,700 - $172,500 and New York is $123,000 - $165,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
