Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL
Work Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday, Standard business hours | Minimum expectation of ~40 work hours per week.

Position Overview:
 CEI is seeking a Client Delivery Partner to lead strategic delivery operations and account management activities for one of CEI’s largest enterprise clients, Disney. This position was created to support continued expansion of CEI’s enterprise delivery organization and strengthen executive-level partnership management across high-visibility digital transformation initiatives. The role operates at the intersection of client engagement, delivery leadership, operational governance, and business growth, ensuring that enterprise programs align with client objectives, timelines, quality expectations, and long-term transformation goals. This role will partner closely with delivery leadership, sales executives, solution architects, and program teams while serving as a key liaison between CEI and Disney stakeholders. The position supports cross-functional global teams operating across multiple workstreams and delivery environments. This individual will oversee enterprise delivery efforts across multiple initiatives involving application services, digital transformation programs, cloud initiatives, and managed services engagements. Day-to-day expectations include driving delivery execution, maintaining executive stakeholder relationships, supporting governance activities, managing escalations, coordinating with internal and client leadership teams, and identifying opportunities for account expansion and operational improvement. The role requires strong ownership across both strategic and operational functions, including delivery performance, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and account growth. The CDP will also help ensure delivery consistency across distributed teams while maintaining alignment with CEI’s client-centric delivery model and long-term account strategy.
Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience within IT services environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with annual revenues exceeding $10M
  • Strong background supporting digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading cloud-related delivery programs and enterprise application services engagements
  • Demonstrated success managing executive-level client stakeholders and enterprise governance discussions
  • Experience working within media, entertainment, or streaming industry environments (highly preferred)

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
  • Prior experience supporting Disney or similar enterprise organizations within media, entertainment, streaming, or customer experience sectors
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms, content delivery ecosystems, or digital media technologies
  • Certifications related to program management such as PMP
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as SAFe
  • Cloud platform certifications related to AWS, Azure, or GCP

Day to Day/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Disney stakeholders across technology, business, and operations teams
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leadership by understanding Disney’s strategic priorities across media, entertainment, streaming, and customer experience initiatives
  • Lead executive governance activities including steering committee meetings, quarterly business reviews, operational reviews, and stakeholder status discussions
  • Own end-to-end delivery oversight across multiple IT programs involving application development, digital transformation initiatives, cloud programs, and managed services engagements
  • Coordinate delivery activities across multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure alignment with client expectations, delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget objectives
  • Monitor delivery performance and customer satisfaction while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, operational challenges, and escalations
  • Work closely with delivery managers, program managers, technical leads, and solution teams to maintain delivery consistency and operational execution across all active initiatives
  • Ensure enterprise programs remain aligned to contractual commitments, service expectations, and operational governance standards
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings within the Disney environment by partnering with CEI sales and solution leadership
  • Contribute to account planning activities, pipeline development efforts, and long-term revenue growth initiatives within the client account
  • Support positioning of innovative solutions aligned to Disney’s evolving technology landscape, including digital platforms, customer experience initiatives, streaming environments, and data-driven solutions
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, operational KPIs, SLA reporting standards, and account management processes
  • Ensure compliance with Disney operational standards, enterprise security requirements, and applicable governance expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery operations to improve execution efficiency, delivery quality, communication, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional global delivery teams operating across onshore and offshore models
  • Mentor delivery managers, program managers, and technical leadership resources to strengthen delivery maturity and operational effectiveness
  • Foster a high-performance, client-focused delivery culture centered around accountability, collaboration, communication, and execution
  • Provide leadership visibility into delivery health, operational performance, client concerns, escalation management, and strategic account opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal leadership teams regarding staffing alignment, resource planning, operational priorities, and long-term client strategy
  • Maintain ongoing alignment between CEI delivery operations and Disney’s business objectives, transformation priorities, and enterprise technology initiatives
