Reporta a: Responsable de Mantenimiento
Trabajando bajo la supervisión general del Gerente de Mantenimiento, el Técnico de Mantenimiento proporciona el cuidado y el mantenimiento diario del parque.
Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:
  • Proporcionar cuidado y mantenimiento general del jardín
  • Cuida y mantén todos los parterres y sus paisajes circundantes
  • Segado, podar hilos, desherbar, acolchado, rastrillar, barrer, podar, plantar y otras tareas relacionadas
  • Realizar el mantenimiento rutinario de la limpieza, incluyendo limpieza a fondo durante el día y limpieza profunda regular, desinfección, eliminación de grafitis, reposición de suministros y supervisión y vaciado de basura en baños públicos y de oficinas
  • Proporcionar cuidado general de gestión de residuos en los terrenos del parque, retirando toda la basura
  • Vacía la basura y los cubos de reciclaje y transportalos a las zonas de recogida
  • Limpia todos los caminos, entradas, bancos de asientos, perímetros y otras superficies duras
  • Operar diversos tipos de equipos, incluido un vehículo utilitario
  • Mantener las herramientas y equipos en buen estado de funcionamiento e informar de los artículos que requieran reparación

Requirements
Requisitos mínimos (conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades):
  • Preferido instituto / GED
  • Se requiere 1 año de experiencia en jardinería y/o limpieza
  • Conocimientos básicos y experiencia con equipos de energía para paisajismo
  • Tener conocimientos básicos y experiencia en electricidad y fontanería es un plus
  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar en equipo, siguiendo instrucciones y completando tareas asignadas
  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar bajo presión y mantener la calma y la cortesía
  • Capacidad y disposición para trabajar de noche, fines de semana y festivos como parte de turnos regulares y horas extra ocasionales según sea necesario
  • Capacidad para levantar 50 libras y realizar trabajos físicos intensos diariamente en cualquier condición meteorológica
  • Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar y doblarse durante largos periodos de tiempo
  • Esta posición se realiza al aire libre, bajo cualquier condición meteorológica
