We are seeking aVice President of Business Development - West Territory/US (TX to West Coast) to drive enterprise sales growth by securing new customer relationships, developing strategic solutions, and leading high-value opportunities from prospecting through close. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise logistics sales, experience selling to Fortune 500 organizations, and deep expertise in parcel transportation solutions. This role will partner with executive-level decision-makers to identify opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and create measurable business value for some of the world's largest and most sophisticated shippers.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level shippers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently exceeds quota requirements.
  • Lead prospect discovery meetings and present tailored parcel solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and value proposition analyses for prospective clients.
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing initiatives and strategic target account planning.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to develop profitable customer solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing parcel industry expertise, analytics, and market insights.
  • Represent Green Mountain Technology at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Utilize Salesforce and related tools to manage opportunities, forecasts, contracts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Maintain current customer Executive Level relationships
  • Drive predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven success selling complex solutions to Fortune 500 organizations and other large enterprise shippers.
  • Experience in enterprise logistics sales, transportation, supply chain, parcel or related industries.
  • Proven track record of enterprise level working knowledge of the parcel and supply chain industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to win enterprise-level opportunities and manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives, including C-suite leaders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing business cases and solution proposals that deliver measurable customer value.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • A passion for delivering customer results and building long-term strategic partnerships.
