Amorino Gelato is an internationally recognized premium gelato and café brand, offering a refined and unique customer experience. Your role will be to maintain and elevate these standards while driving performance across both locations.

What You’ll Do

Autonomous Operations

  • Independently oversee daily operations across both locations
  • Organize your schedule and priorities based on business needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues without constant oversight

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong, reliable team
  • Set expectations and ensure accountability
  • Foster a structured, positive, and professional work environment

Performance & Business Management

  • Ensure operations run smoothly and consistently

Customer Experience & Standards

  • Maintain a high-end, welcoming customer experience
  • Ensure stores are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Inventory & Supply

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination

Local Engagement

  • Build relationships with customers and the local community
  • Support local marketing initiatives and growth opportunities

Why Join Amorino?
  • True autonomy in managing your role and schedule
  • Leadership of two prime, established locations
  • A role suited for professionals who prefer freedom over micromanagement
  • Direct impact on business success and growth

Compensation & Benefits
  • $70,000 – $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • Performance bonus up to $10,000/year
  • 3 weeks Paid Time Off
  • Flexible scheduling and high level of autonomy
  • Employee discount
  • Direct collaboration with ownership
  • Opportunity to grow with the business

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Store Manager (multi-unit a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage without close supervision
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Business-minded with a focus on results
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
