What you'll do:
The Brass Tacks
  • Greets and directs guests
  • Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and guest areas
  • Restocks supplies and food items promptly and responds to guest inquiries and requests
  • Answers and directs telephone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Accepts and processes payments
  • Creates various signage for functions and parking stickers as necessary
  • Maintains Coat Check

The Nitty Gritty
  • Previous experience in food service and/or customer service preferred
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
