ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Disaster Restoration Commercial Business Developer: Business-to-Business, Sales Professional who has demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business, commercial accounts in the Hampton Roads area
You are a highly skilled, and successful hunter who has developed relationships with decision makers in Multi-family, Property Managers, Assisted Living, Medical Facilities, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools, Universities, Large Commercial Entities. You have a dynamic personality, are self-motivated, and are very comfortable meeting new people! You possess excellent communication skills, have superb interpersonal skills, are highly organized and able to multitask! If this describes you, YOU WILL THRIVE IN OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT!
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Commercial Business Developer in the restoration industry, your primary focus will be selling our full-service (Mitigation and Reconstruction) insurance restoration services (Fire, Water, Wind, Mold, and Contents) to Commercial End-users. Our restoration company is dedicated to the restoration of residential and commercial properties regardless of the size of their loss.
REQUIRED
• Experience in commercial business development, marketing, or sales of water, fire, mold, contents, crime scene, carpet/floor cleaning or insurance reconstruction.
• Experience in the disaster restoration industry.
• Strong proven Commercial Book of Business.
• Track record of commercial outside sales.
• Ability to successfully complete a background and motor vehicle check subject to company standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement a marketing strategy where you will identify and target clients that are or will be in need of restoration services.
• Meet or exceed sales quota by implementing the sales cycle, setting up face-to-face meetings and participating in professional associations.
• Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them through lunch-and-learns, promoting continuing education (CE) courses Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss the benefits of emergency event preparation.
• Encourage referrals to Increase sales territory revenue.
• Maintain up to date, detailed records for all prospects and customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits.

• This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus/commission structure.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
