About the job:
Support IT projects on the Shop Floor in a Manufacturing environment of a Life Science company
What you will do at Sogeti:
  • Administer and support shop floor systems including MES, production monitoring, and associated applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues impacting manufacturing operations.
  • Lead or support IT projects related to manufacturing systems, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, operations, engineering, vendors, and system integrators.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, risks, and change control to ensure minimal disruption to production.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network components Provide training and technical guidance to users and stakeholders as needed.

What you will bring:
  • Experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in IT project management
  • Strong networking and network configuration
  • Understanding of application cloud migration projects
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as this is a client facing role

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
