Job description

Personal Injury Firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager Paralegal to assist in managing personal injury cases through the treatment phase.
This role is critical in ensuring clients stay on track with treatment, records and bills are properly requested and organized, and case progression moves efficiently toward demand readiness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, easy to work with, team-oriented, compassionate with clients, and comfortable handling a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Personal injury experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
  •  Communicate with clients regarding treatment status and appointments 
  •  Monitor gaps in treatment and follow up with clients promptly 
  •  Coordinate referrals and scheduling with medical providers 
  •  Request and track medical records and billing 
  •  Maintain organized electronic case files 
  •  Update case status notes and comments consistently 
  •  Assist attorneys and staff with case progression strategies 
  •  Review files for missing documentation or outstanding items 
  •  Verify balances, liens, and treatment progression 
  •  Work closely with intake, records, and demand teams 
  •  Help move files efficiently toward demand readiness 
  •  Utilize office technology and AI-integrated workflows to improve efficiency, organization, and case tracking 
Qualifications
  •  Personal injury experience preferred 
  •  Heavy computer and technical skills required 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Easy to work with and able to collaborate well with staff and clients 
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
